By downloading, installing, or using any North Plus Studio application or service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

02License to Use

North Plus Studio grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our applications strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the application
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the application or its content without written permission
• Use automated tools to access or scrape the service in ways that disrupt normal operations

03Subscriptions & Payments

Certain features of our applications — such as North Plus VPN Premium — are available on a subscription basis. All billing, payment processing, and subscription management is handled exclusively by the respective app store platform:

• Apple App Store — governed by Apple's terms and refund policies
• Google Play Store — governed by Google's terms and refund policies

North Plus Studio does not store any payment or card information. All subscription cancellations must be managed through the respective store platform.

04Acceptable Use Policy

Our services — particularly North Plus VPN — are provided for lawful use only. You may not use our services to:

• Engage in any activity that violates local, national, or international law
• Distribute malware, spyware, or any malicious code
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Harass, threaten, or harm any individual or group

Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of your access without notice or refund.

05Intellectual Property

All content within our services — including but not limited to software, design, logos, text, and graphics — is the exclusive property of North Plus Studio or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use the North Plus Studio name, trademarks, logos, or any other brand elements without prior written consent.

06Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind — whether express or implied — including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

North Plus Studio does not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.

07Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, North Plus Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the services.

Our total liability in any matter arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
